In order to give undergraduates an insight into the different career opportunities available at Ernst & Young, a series of recruitment brochures was produced.
Key staff individuals ranging from partners to marketing assistants explained the benefits of each career path, and were illustrated in a series of life drawings of each participant.
The use of illustration over the corporate photography style was selected as being more relevant to the younger audience and formed a key element of the brief; how to convey the human scale of such a large and diverse organisation.
