In 2005, the management put in place a merger/acquisition strategy to ensure the long-term growth and security of the company. An integral part of this was the development of a new identity and branding system to better reflect the true size and scope of the business.
Within six months of this being introduced, the company was acquired by CACI Ltd, a leading provider of IT solutions in the UK.
